 * Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Entwicklung und Wartung: Design, Implementierung und Wartung von COBOL-basierten Anwendungen in Mainframe-Umgebungen.
 * Analyse: Analyse bestehender Anwendungen zur Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Fehlerbehebung.
 * Schnittstellenintegration: Entwicklung und Pflege von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen, z. B. Web-Services, Datenbanken oder Middleware.
 * Dokumentation: Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen, Dokumentationen und Testplänen.
 * Modernisierung: Unterstützung bei der Migration und Modernisierung von COBOL-Anwendungen zu modernen Plattformen oder Architekturen.
 * Support: Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Anwendungen durch regelmäßige Wartung und Fehlerbehebung.
 * Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Analysten, Projektmanagern und anderen Entwicklern zur Umsetzung der Anforderungen.
