 * Has a bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
 * Basic programming skills (e.g., Node.js, Python)
 * Strong logical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into automated workflows

 * Understanding of fundamental IT support concepts (operating systems, networking, common troubleshooting)

Nice to Have:

 * Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) or API integrations
 * Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, ES6).
 * Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL)
 * Familiarity with software best practice: Git, version control, clean code principles.
 * Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.

## Description

* Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases: Partner with businesses to build and manage a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases
 * Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows
 * Develop prompts, structured workflows, and lightweight tools to automate business processes
 * System integration
 * Connect AI workflow with core systems (HHAeX, Newton Smart, Snowflake)
 * Ensure AI safety through controlled environment
 * Manage AI environments, including access controls, permissions
 * Establish guidelines for handling PHI
 * Monitor usage, performance
 * Maintain auditability and traceability of AI workflows
 * Build internal AI capability
 * Ensure core knowledge and capabilities are retained in-house, even when working with external vendors
 * Support training and enablement of AI across staff
 * Manage centralized library of prompts, skills and best practices
