## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, IT-Security oder IT-Compliance.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse von ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST oder anderen Sicherheitsstandards.
 * Erfahrung im Risikomanagement und in der Durchführung von Audits.
 * Kenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit, Verschlüsselung, Firewalls, IAM und Endpoint Security von Vorteil.
 * Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor oder ITIL sind wünschenswert.
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten.
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie.
 * Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines ISMS (Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems) nach ISO 27001 oder BSI IT-Grundschutz.
 * Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen zu IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Compliance-Anforderungen.
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Audits und Sicherheitsbewertungen.
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, -prozessen und -maßnahmen.
 * Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz.
 * Steuerung von Sicherheitsvorfällen und Erarbeitung geeigneter Incident-Response-Maßnahmen.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Behörden und Zertifizierungsstellen.
