 * Du beherrschst Java und SQL sicher. Kenntnisse in Spring Boot und JPA/Hibernate sind ein Plus.
 * Selbstorganisiert, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert; vertraut mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban) und offen für kontinuierliche Verbesserung
 * Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, professionelle und einwandfreie Umgangsformen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift; Englisch sicher genug für technische Dokumentation

* Du entwirfst und implementierst robuste, sichere Backend-Systeme für unsere Praxissoftware Smarty und andere spannende Projekte.
 * Du integrierst und entwickelst Datenbanken sowie externe APIs weiter.
 * Du optimierst die Leistung unserer Backend-Systeme, damit alles schnell und zuverlässig läuft.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Frontend-Entwicklern zusammen, um eine nahtlose Verbindung zwischen Frontend und Backend sicherzustellen.
 * Du identifizierst Probleme frühzeitig und behebst sie effizient.
 * Du stellst sicher, dass in der Backend-Entwicklung Best Practices eingehalten werden.
 * Du evaluierst kontinuierlich neue Technologien und integrierst sie, um unsere Produkte stetig zu verbessern.
