## About the Role

Do you have experience in Statistics?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.

 * 4+ years of experience in analytics or quantitative roles
 * Excellent SQL skills.

 + Ability to thoroughly QA & resolve bugs
 * Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
 * Foundational Python experience with eagerness to further develop skills
 * Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
 * Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
 * Strong statistical aptitude

Additional:

 * Interest in logistics, product, and customer analytics
 * Experience in retail, fashion, supply chain & logistics, or subscription services is a plus
 * Experience with dbt is a plus

Nuuly's clothing rental model relies on seamless coordination between fashion, technology, and operations. The Business Analytics team partners closely with cross-functional partners to support strategy across buying & planning, supply chain & logistics, customer success, and product management. We take on complex questions that go beyond what dashboards can answer; providing data-driven insights to inform decisions across all functions of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

 * Understand & analyze data via Google BigQuery (SQL), Looker, & Python.
 * Work with cross-functional partners to understand the intent behind business questions and translate into thoughtful analytics solutions.
 * Lead end-to-end delivery of high quality, well documented analyses - including defining metrics & approaches, soliciting stakeholder feedback, and refining analyses. Projects range in scope from clearly defined business questions, to more complex, ambiguous problems.
 * Deliver data-driven insights to guide product strategy and evaluate feature performance.
