 * Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops zur Befähigung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit der Microsoft Power Platform
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Citizen Developer bei fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen
 * Betreuung und Administration der Microsoft Power Platform-Umgebung
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Lösungen mit Microsoft Power Apps und Power Automate
 * Entwicklung von Werkzeugen und Automatisierungen für das Plattformmanagement
 * Förderung der Citizen Development Initiative innerhalb des Unternehmens
 * Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Governance- und Best-Practice-Konzepten
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und Schulungsunterlagen
