You are able to translate business needs into clear, structured functional analyses and contribute to high-quality end-to-end IT solutions. You are autonomous, result-oriented, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels., At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business/Functional Analyst within a larger insurance organization, preferably in non-life - Strong experience in business analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements - Experience with analysis and modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML, including use cases - A strong focus on user experience (UX), translating user needs into intuitive and effective solutions - Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - The ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from key stakeholders - Strong coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment between business, IT, design, and offshore teams - A structured, accurate, and problem-solving mindset - The ability to handle change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced transformation context - A hands-on mentality and strong collaboration skills, including working with external partners onsite and offshore - Very good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written ## Description For our client in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Medior Business Analyst to join a Broker Front Ambassador Team (Core) and contribute to key transformation initiatives within the non-life insurance domain. In this role, you will support front-office transformation topics as part of a broader transformation roadmap, with a strong focus on new business and delivering an excellent user experience for brokers and partners.
