Do you have experience in QuickBooks?, We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment., * Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

 * Proficient in QuickBooks
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
 * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
 * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

## Description

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
 * Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
 * Reconcile bank statements and financial records
 * Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
 * Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
 * Verify and process payroll information as needed
 * Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries
 * Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies
 * Support administrative and accounting projects as assigned
