This position plays a critical role in guiding technical direction, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and supporting enterprise-level workforce systems., * Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of five application developers using AGILE methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Serve as a working manager by actively participating in coding, debugging, and peer code reviews. * Design, develop, maintain, and support web applications using Visual Studio .NET technologies, including C# and VB.NET. * Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server (2022 or higher), including performance tuning, database security, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting. * Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of development initiatives. * Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to define system requirements and manage product backlogs. * Provide technical guidance on system architecture, application design, and best practices to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions. * Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
