## About the Role

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, Are you a people person with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing dealership team!, * Strong communication and organizational skills

 * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 * Basic computer proficiency
 * Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
 * Interest in the automotive industry (experience is a plus!), * Primarily office-based with moderate phone and computer use
 * Sitting, standing, and light movement throughout the day
 * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

## Description

As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-helping create a seamless and positive experience from the very first interaction.

 * Answer incoming calls and schedule service & sales appointments
 * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat
 * Follow up with customers and confirm appointments
 * Re-engage "no show" customers and reschedule visits
 * Manage and update customer records in CRM (VinSolutions)
 * Handle internet leads from initial contact through appointment setting
 * Coordinate with sales and service departments on appointments
 * Stay current on automotive terminology, products, and manufacturer programs
 * Support marketing campaigns by contacting customers about promotions
 * Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service

Additional Responsibilities

 * Assist with moving and positioning vehicles as needed
 * Occasionally demonstrate vehicles to customers
 * Support team operations and complete additional assigned tasks
