## About the Role

* Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
 * Ervaring met functioneel beheer van (HR-)IT systemen.
 * Ervaring met testen en het opstellen van testscripts.
 * Bij voorkeur kennis van en ervaring met:
 + PeopleSoft, PS Query en SQL
 + ServiceNow (of de ambitie om dit snel eigen te maken)
 + Youforce, JIRA en SharePoint
 * Ervaring met HR-processen is een pre.
 * Een proactieve, analytische houding en oog voor kwaliteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
 * Oog voor detail, je werkt secuur en bent servicegericht.
 * Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

## Description

* Het behandelen van 2e lijns gebruikersvragen over PeopleSoft en, als back-up, over ServiceNow.
 * Het functioneel beheren van YouForce.
 * Het uitvoeren van controles op periodieke HR-processen en het bewaken van de datakwaliteit.
 * Het beheren en verbeteren van HR-processen, werkinstructies en documentatie.
 * Het testen, accepteren en implementeren van systeemwijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten.
 * Het opstellen van rapportages en queries met SQL en PS Query.
 * Het actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en innovatieprojecten binnen het HR-IT-landschap.

Je wordt onderdeel van het team Informatisering HR: een betrokken groep functioneel beheerders, Business consultants en ontwikkelaars. Samen zorgen jullie voor betrouwbare en slimme HR-systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van HR, IT en externe leveranciers.
