## About the Role

management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide + Provide Operation and Maintenance support including: + Patch management/testing + STIG implementation, remediation, and mitigation + Information assurance/security + Host Based Security/Anti-virus and data backup solutions + Provide system administration and engineering support for: + Windows 10/11 + Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 + VMware ESXi, vSphere + Cisco iOS **To be successful in this role, you will have:** + A current and active DoD Secret Security Clearance + Bachelor's Degree in the STEM Field with 4 years of experience in Systems Administration + or a High School Diploma with 8 years of experience + CompTIA Security+ (minimum) or higher DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (DoDD 8140) + A strong understanding of current Microsoft supported Windows operating systems. + Experience in the administration of
Window's Active Directory domain management to include Group Policy Object management, VMware ESXi, and data backup solutions such as BackupExec and Macrium Reflect. + Experience with the implementation of vulnerability remediation and STIG configurations for system hardening. + The ability to multitask and teach or assist others to resolve systems related issues. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + The ability to create Standard Operating Procedure documentation for designs and implementation strategies for new hardware and software deployments + The ability to produce system specifications, design requirements, test evaluation planning documents, and technical publications and reports + Familiarity with DoD networking and security accreditation requirements + The ability to support projects at client sites where working conditions may vary + The ability to travel as necessary (25% or more) **Additional desired experience and skills:** +
