OR A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience. OR A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience. ## Description The System Engineer Level 4 (SE4) will serve as the Solution Train Engineer (STE) within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The STE SE4 will serve as the servant leader and coach for the Solution Train supporting a High-Performance Computing (HPC) program. This role provides expert advisory and technical assistance services to government program leadership while facilitating the execution of large, complex solutions requiring multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), suppliers, and specialized high-performance computing systems.
