## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support.
 * Strong understanding of quality management processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
 * Proven experience with SAP QM functionalities including Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
 * Familiarity with integration points between SAP QM and other modules like PP, MM, SD, and PM.
 * Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both Spanish and English.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a complex international environment.
 * SAP QM certification is highly desirable.

## Description

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an experienced IT- SAP ERP QM specialist to support and enhance our Quality Management processes within the SAP ERP environment. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

 * Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM).
 * Provide expert support for existing SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance optimization.
 * Lead and participate in SAP QM projects, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
 * Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides.
 * Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities.
 * Collaborate with business process owners to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative SAP QM solutions.
 * Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions.
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the system capabilities.
 * Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
