The final level will be determined during the interview process. At Sanity.io, we're building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, COMPLEX, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations. You're not just demoing software - you're the technical brain behind some of Sanity's most complex enterprise deals. As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you'll own the full pre-sales journey: from first strategic engagement through architecture scoping, proof of concept, and onboarding. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Engagement - and you'll be the person everyone turns to when the technical stakes are highest. Beyond the deals, you'll build the tools, frameworks, and enablement materials the wider SE team relies on. You'll mentor other Solutions Engineers, spot where processes need to improve, and help define what great looks like - at a company that just raised $85M and is moving fast. This is the role for someone who wants to be in the room where it happens: shaping product roadmap, winning major enterprise logos, and making a real dent in how the world thinks about AI content operations. What you would do: * Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners that actually win deals * Own the technical narrative in any room - from C-suite boardrooms to deep-dive engineering sessions * Educate customers on Sanity's platform at an advanced level: the capabilities, the philosophy, and the strategic case for structured content at scale * Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proof of concepts with confidence * Build and maintain showcase implementations, advanced enablement programs, and best practice guides the whole team uses * Share deep engineering expertise across complex verticals and advanced use cases - and troubleshoot when things get tricky * Represent strategic customer requirements directly to product and engineering, and influence the roadmap as a result * Mentor the broader SE team and raise the bar for technical excellence across the org ## Related Videos - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [Tips and Tricks for Working with JSON](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1229-tips-and-tricks-for-working-with-json) - [Boost Productivity with AI: Figma & Playwright MCP Workflows - Aris Markogiannakis](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1768-boost-productivity-with-ai-figma-playwright-mcp-workflows-aris-markogiannakis) - [But, you're not Facebook](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/378-but-you-re-not-facebook) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) - [It's a Great Time to be a Builder: Leveraging AI for Good](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100042-it-s-a-great-time-to-be-a-builder-leveraging-ai-for-good) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Dev Digest 131 - AI'm not sure about OSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/472-dev-digest-131-ai-m-not-sure-about-oss) - [How to Answer the Interview Question: “Why Do You Want to Be a Software Engineer?”](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/392-how-to-answer-the-interview-question-why-do-you-want-to-be-a-software-engineer)
