 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Stakeholdern und verteilten Teams
 * Starke methodische Kompetenz in Projektplanung, Demand Management, Priorisierung und Reporting
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in Rollen wie Program Manager, Technical Project Lead, Product Owner oder Service Owner
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Internationales Programm-Management: Aktive Unterstützung und Steuerung des internationalen IT-Infrastruktur- und Integrationsprogramms über mehrere Länder der PreZero hinweg.
 * Standardisierung, Harmonisierung & Cloud-Transformation: Verantwortung für Application- und Infrastruktur-Transitionen (z. B. Migrationen, Cloud-Transformationen) sowie die Überführung lokaler Lösungen in globale Schwarz Digits Standards.
 * Anforderungs- & Lösungsmanagement: Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung lokaler Lösungen (wo keine globalen Standards existieren) und strukturierte Überführung der Anforderungen in die Business-Consulting- und Produktbereiche.
 * Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion: Agieren als Bindeglied zwischen Ländern, Engineering, Product Ownern sowie dem IT-Management, um Anforderungen in eine umsetzbare Struktur zu bringen.
 * Steuerung & Priorisierung: Aktive Steuerung und Priorisierung von Demands, Backlogs und Umsetzungsinitiativen im internationalen Kontext der PreZero und der Schwarz Digits IT
 * Strukturen & Governance: Entlastung der Programm- und Teamleiter durch klare Planung sowie die Etablierung von nachhaltigen Methoden, Strukturen und Governance (z. B. RACI, Reporting).
 * Zukunftsperspektive: Perspektivische Entwicklung eines neuen Schwerpunkts im Bereich Application Engineering / Integration mit der Aussicht, dort zukünftig eine zentrale Rolle zu übernehmen.
