## About the Role

* Experience developing applications using React, .NET and Azure (or strong experience in relevant specialisms).
 * Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles and modern development practices.
 * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, Git and Agile delivery.
 * Experience writing automated tests and applying CI/CD practices.
 * Understanding of secure coding principles and application security (OWASP).
 * Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

 * Experience with GraphQL, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or YAML pipelines.
 * Experience contributing to architecture and technical design.
 * A passion for mentoring, continuous learning and improving engineering practices., You'll be someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment. You'll care about writing high-quality code, continuously improving how things are done, and helping others succeed while delivering software that is secure, reliable and scalable.
