 * Proven experience of providing IT installation & support and the troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
 * Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
 * PC Workstations, Windows OS, Apple OS, MS Server hardware and software
 * Office Applications including Microsoft Office 2010- Present
 * Cloud Services including Google and Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Server Infrastructure

 * Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 administration
 * Active Directory (AD) management
 * Group Policy (GPO) design and troubleshooting
 * DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting
 * File and Print Server management
 * NTFS and Share Permissions
 * User and computer account management
 * Server patching and maintenance
 * Server migrations and upgrades
 * Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
 * Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
 * Windows Server security hardening

Virtualisation

 * Hyper-V installation, configuration and management
 * Virtual machine creation and management
 * Virtual networking
 * Virtual switch configuration
 * VM backups and restores
 * Snapshot/checkpoint management
 * Understanding of VMware environments would be advantageous

Essential:

 * A high standard of written and verbal communication
 * Experience with Routers, Switches & WiFi devices, general Networking
 * Well developed problem-solving skills
 * Pembrokeshire based or willing to relocate

## Description

* Provide remote telephone, workshop and email technical support
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for PC's/laptops, printers, tablets, Servers and other devices.
 * Diagnose and resolve network issues. .
 * Create and modify email accounts, including data migration
 * Install and assist with the monitoring of Anti-virus, RMM and back up systems
 * Programme VOIP phones and cloud based systems
 * Installation and support of Windows Server environments
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS management
 * Backup and disaster recovery solutions
 * Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualisation
 * Network troubleshooting (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
 * Customer onsite and remote support
 * Cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection
