Nice to Have: * Blockchain/Web3 technical depth with hands-on experience writing/deploying DApps in Solana or EVM. AI & Automation Innovation * Support Transformation: Apply hands-on AI experience to build tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting.
