## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau o.ä. - alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem IT-Bezug.
 * Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration und im IT-Support (1st/2nd Level), idealerweise in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld.
 * Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen bevorzugt SAP (z.B. Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung, Ticketbearbeitung, Stammdatenpflege, Standardreports).
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows-Client/-Server-Umgebungen sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerken und IT-Infrastruktur.
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT- und/oder AMS-Dienstleistern von Vorteil

## Description

* Steuerung und Durchführung von IT-, ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer IT- und AMS-Dienstleister sowie Bewertung, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung von Incidents und Change Requests.
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs sowohl Hard- als auch Softwareseitig mit der Unterstützung von externen Dienstleistern.
 * Unterstützung des IT-User-Support (1st & 2nd Level), Betreuung der Arbeitsplatz-IT (Clients, Peripherie, Microsoft 365).
 * Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, TK-Komponenten) inkl. Installation, Wartung und Monitoring von Systemen und Anwendungen.
 * Operative Betreuung des ERP-/SAP-Systems inkl. Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Stammdatenqualität im ERP-System sowie Management von Schnittstellen zwischen IT, ERP und angebundenen Systemen/Prozessen., * Je nach Erfahrung und Leistung kann deine Rolle wachsen - bis hin zur Übernahme zusätzlicher Verantwortung als IT Leiter
 * Du führst oder begleitest zentrale Digitalisierungsprojekte unternehmensweit aus der IT-Perspektive und prägst damit unsere zukünftige Systemlandschaft.
 * Du arbeitest an den technischen und prozessualen Grundlagen unseres Unternehmens und leistest so einen direkten Beitrag zur Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung von Heliatek.
