## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Clients und Peripheriegeräten
 * Austausch und Reparatur von Hardware (Desktops, Notebooks, Drucker, Monitore etc.)
 * Onsite-Support für Anwender (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsplätzen (Rollouts, Umzüge, Auf- und Abbau)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Betriebssystemen sowie Standardsoftware
 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory)
 * Mobile Device Support (Smartphones und Tablets)
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerkproblemen (LAN, WLAN, VPN) und einfache Netzwerkverkabelung
 * Durchführung von IMAC-Dienstleistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change)
 * Dokumentation der Tickets und Lösungen in einem Ticketsystem (z. B. ServiceNow, Jira, Matrix42, OTRS, Remedy)
 * Einhaltung von ITIL-Prozessen und Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
