* Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP payroll for Germany and thorough knowledge of German labor and tax regulations.
 * Fluent in German (B2/C1 level) and English.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field
 * Ambitious, eager to learn, and strongly customer-oriented.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Willingness to travel.
 * SAP certification, knowledge of German SAP Cloud Payroll, and ABAP coding skills are a plus.
