Client Support im Windows-Umfeld (Problemanalyse und -behebung)

 - Installation und Konfiguration betriebsspezifischer Software
 - Benutzeranlagen, Passwortzurücksetzungen sowie User- und Arbeitsplatzumzüge
 - Mobility Support für Apple iOS-Geräte
 - Mitarbeit bei der Organisation des IT-Servicebetriebs
(z. B. Abstimmung im Tagesgeschäft, Vertretungen)

 - Erstellung von Reports und Statusübersichten
 - Aufbau und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
 - Unterstützung beim Onboarding und der fachlichen Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen
 - Mitwirkung bei der Integration neuer Kunden und Serviceanforderungen
