Implementierung & Umsetzung: Planung und Realisierung technischer Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung und Überwachung der definierten M365-Richtlinien im Unternehmen

Systemmanagement: Kontinuierliche Administration, Konfiguration und Optimierung der gesamten Microsoft 365-Umgebung zur Sicherstellung der Performance

Plattformbetrieb: Verantwortung für die technische Betreuung und den reibungslosen Betrieb von Microsoft Fabric sowie der Microsoft Power Platform

Support & Eskalation: Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 3rd-Level-Support in enger Abstimmung mit den IT-Architekten
