 * Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Coaching-Fähigkeit, hohe Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck strukturiert zu entscheiden
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von IT-Security im Infrastrukturkontext (Zero Trust, IAM, Endpoint Security, Netzwerksegmentation)
