## Description

* Du bist am gesamten Entwicklungsprozess beteiligt - von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Implementierung bis zur Freigabe von Backend- und Datenbankanwendungen
 * Du arbeitest an unseren Core-Services (Elixir / Phoenix Framework) und trägst maßgeblich zur Entwicklung der Softwarearchitektur bei
 * Du konzeptionierst APIs, CRUD-Operations und unterstützt beim Design von Datenstrukturen & Datenmodellen
 * Du hast die Konzeption und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Backend-Architektur im Blick
 * Du treibst wichtige technische Entscheidungen voran und setzt selbst hohe Standards im Coding
 * Du arbeitest selbstverständlich mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools - weniger manueller Code, schnellere Ergebnisse, gleiche Qualität
 * Bei Code Reviews und Solution Design Meetings teilst du dein Wissen mit Teammitgliedern und bist offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte und Subprojekte und arbeitest eng mit dem Produkt- und Frontend-Team zusammen
