* Einrichten neuer Arbeitsplätze und Installation von Anwendersoftware
 * Server und Netzwerkadministration
 * Backup Betreuung
 * 1st Level Support für unsere MitarbeiterInnen
 * Fehlerbehebung und Lösung technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit in diversen internen IT-Projekten.
 * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Betriebshandbüchern und Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung IT-bezogener Firmenvorgaben und Standards
