* You have 3+ years of experience in implementing and/or commissioning automated systems
 * You have solid knowledge of project management and the tools used for it
 * Basic leadership experience will help you succeed in this role
 * You have excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
 * You are a reliable person and able to work under pressure
 * You see mistakes as opportunities to learn and are open to feedback
 * You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
 * You are willing to travel internationally (50%)

* You are the interface between the customer and the KNAPP project team on site
 * You lead a team of up to 40 technicians in our customer projects
 * You maintain a clear overview of deadlines, costs, and quality in your project
 * You are responsible for tracking your team's progress and continuously reporting to your supervisor and project management
 * You understand KNAPP's high quality standards and ensure they are upheld
