## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Controlling, Finance, Accounting o.ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konzern- oder Beteiligungscontrolling
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Konzernabschlüssen, Reportingstrukturen und Performance-Steuerung
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power BI sowie Erfahrung mit modernen BI- und Reporting-Tools
 * Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte managementgerecht aufzubereiten
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Für ein etabliertes, international tätiges Unternehmensumfeld mit mehreren europäischen Standorten besetzen wir eine zentrale Position im Group Controlling.

Als Group Controller (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine maßgebliche Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung des Konzerns. Sie verantworten das gruppenweite Reporting, treiben die Weiterentwicklung moderner BI-Lösungen voran und agieren als Sparringpartner für Geschäftsführung, Head of Group Finance sowie die Managementteams der Tochtergesellschaften.
Ihre Aufgaben

 * Koordination, Erstellung und Analyse des monatlichen sowie quartalsweisen Konzernreportings in enger Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Power BI-Analysen, Reports und Dashboards zur transparenten Unternehmenssteuerung
 * Aufbau und Standardisierung konzernweiter Controlling-Prozesse und Reporting-Standards
 * Steuerung von Budget-, Forecast- und Kostenplanungsprozessen inkl. fundierter Abweichungs- und Ergebnisanalysen
 * Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen, Business Cases, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Präsentationen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Group Accounting, IT, operativen Einheiten sowie externen Partnern
