## Description

* Bearbeitung und Beurteilung von Kundenreklamationen und rückläufiger Ware, wie z. B. Gutschriften oder Ansichtssendungen, sowie Qualitätskontrolle
 * Kommunikation mit dem kaufmännischen Service (z. B. Kostenvoranschläge, Klärung von Problemfällen)
 * Bearbeitung eingehender Ersatzteilbestellungen inklusive Rückstandsaufträge und Aussuchens der Ware
 * Demontage von Fassungen zwecks Einlagerung benötigter Ersatzteile, Fassungsumbauten und Sonderprüfungen von Ware
 * Durchführung von Inventurarbeiten
 * Im Bedarfsfall Aushilfe bei der Wareneingangsinspektion in der Qualitätssicherung
