## About the Role

* Basic: Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der IT mit (idealerweise zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) und hast erste Berufserfahrung im 1st & 2nd Level Support.

## Description

* Erster Ansprechpartner und Problemlöser für die gesamte Produktpalette sowie für Fragen rund um Schnittstellen zu Fremdsystem und der Kundeninfrastruktur.
 * Betreuung unserer Kunden und Beantwortung anwendungsspezifischer Fragen via Telefon und E-Mail.
 * Fernwartung per Remote-Zugriff bei Systemstörungen inkl. Problemanalyse und Lösungsumsetzung.
 * Analyse der Fehler- / Problemfälle und entsprechende Lösung bzw. Weiterleitung an den Second-Level-Support.
 * Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen im Ticketsystem.
 * Erstellung von Bugs zur weiteren Bearbeitung durch die Entwicklung sowie Beschaffung von Datenbanksicherungen.
