Als Senior Software Developer (w/m/d) bei der Faszination GmbH sind Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das innovative Softwarelösungen für unsere Kunden im Bereich Information Technology and Services entwickelt. Sie arbeiten entweder in unserem Büro in Linz oder Wien und tragen maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte bei. Ihre Expertise und Kreativität sind gefragt, um komplexe Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.

 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Softwarelösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team.
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Systeme zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Leistung.
 * Führung und Mentoring von Junior-Entwicklern zur Förderung ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung.
 * Teilnahme an Code-Reviews und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen.
