## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium (Universität, Fachhochschule), vorzugsweise im Bereich Informatik
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige IT-Projekterfahrung, optimal im IT-Beratungsumfeld
 * Ausgeprägtes technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis von Prozessen im IT-Umfeld
 * Know-how in den Bereichen Requirements Engineering und/oder Test Management
 * Erfahrung im Projekt Management in leitender oder unterstützender Rolle
 * Vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Anwendung verschiedener Vorgehensmodelle der Softwareentwicklung (z.B. V-Modell XT, SCRUM)
 * Professionelles Auftreten, analytisches Vorgehen und "Blick für das Ganze"
 * Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
 * Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten (Moderation, Präsentation, Mediation)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

 * Beratung unserer Kunden in Bezug auf Anwendungen, Methoden, Technologien und Lösungen mit IT-Bezug
 * Selbständige Konzeption und Spezifikation von IT-Systemen (Fokus Fachanwendungen im Infrastrukturbereich)
 * Requirements Engineering - Spezifikation und Management fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen
 * Erstellung von Lastenheften und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen für unsere Kunden in der Planungsphase
 * Begleitung von Kundenprojekten in überwachender und qualitätssichernder Rolle in der Implementierungsphase
 * Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Projektabwicklung als technischer Projektleiter
 * Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Projekten und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Projektakquisition
