* Sicherstellung des kontinuierlichen Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Erstellung, laufende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen, Reportings sowie Benutzerhandbüchern
 * Aktive Mitarbeit in internen IT-Projekten mit Gestaltungsspielraum
 * Kompetenter IT-Support sowie Betreuung bei applikationsspezifischen Fragestellungen
 * Administration des Identity- und Access-Managements
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Raiffeisenbanken-Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Mitarbeiter:innen des Raiffeisen-Verbunds in allen IT-Belangen
