Skills

Dein Alltag als Support Champion bei pidas:

 * Du nimmst IT-Störungsmeldungen, Fragen und Änderungswünsche unserer User*innen entgegen
 * Leistest telefonischen und schriftlichen Support- freundlich, lösungsorientiert und mit einem Lächeln in der Stimme
 * Agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Erstellst und bearbeitest komplexe Trouble-Tickets- strukturiert, genau und mit Liebe zum Detail
 * Hältst unsere Wissensdatenbank stets auf dem neuesten Stand
 * Begleitest neue Kolleg*innen beim Onboarding und teilst dein Wissen im Team
 * Bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie Prozesse oder Abläufe noch besser werden können
