* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung.
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support (1st & 2nd Level) mit Ticketsystem
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Client-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365

* Du analysierst und behebst Service-Anfragen / Störungsmeldungen im Hard- und Software- Bereich, remote und vor Ort am Standort.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit den 3rd-Level IT-Systemadministratoren zusammen sowie mit externen ITPartnern.
 * Du installierst und konfigurierst Client-Systeme, lieferst die Geräte aus und schulst bei Bedarf Mitarbeiter:innen auf die Geräte bzw. die installierte Software ein.
 * Du kümmerst dich um die Beschaffung von Client Hardware und Mobile Devices und pflegst die Asset-Datenbank.
