## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes (Wirtschafts-)Informatik-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM-Consultant
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Customizing in mehreren der folgenden Module: PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ABAP-Entwicklung, sowie im SAP-Berechtigungswesen
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SuccessFactors wünschenswert bzw. Bereitschaft, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden
 * Umsetzungserfahrung mit der Power Plattform, insb. Power Automate und Power Apps sowie weiteren HR Digitalisierungs-/ Automatisierungslösungen
 * Sehr gute O365 Kenntnisse (inkl. PowerApps und Microsoft Flow)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Kommunikationsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
 * Selbständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
 * Teamfähigkeit sowie Reisebereitschaft

## Description

* Betreuung und technische Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft mit den eingesetzten Modulen PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS sowie der Schnittstellen
 * Betreuung von SAP-AddOns wie Centric oder Hr.dat.copy und Non-SAP-Applikationen wie HR-Portal, Nintex und Power Apps
 * Beratung bei Automatisierung und Umsetzung im Bereich der Power Plattform
 * Beratung der HR-Abteilung bezüglich der technischen Umsetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung, sowie Customizing der Anforderungen in der SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft
 * Durchführung von Konsolidierungs- und Reorganisationsmaßnahmen sowie Releasewechseln und Upgrades
 * Steuerung der Umstellung auf S/4 HANA
 * Ggf. Steuerung und Projektbegleitung eines globalen HCM Systems
 * Mitwirkung an nationalen und internationalen HR-IT-Projekten
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister
