## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, alternativ vergleichbare, in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen rund um Kassensoftware
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der agilen Arbeitsweise nach Scrum
 * Erfahrungen mit Confluence und Jira von Vorteil
 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Vermittlung zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessensgruppen

 * Analytisches, ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen sowie Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
 * Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Erstellung und fachliche Ausarbeitung von Produkt Roadmaps sowie Begleitung des Umsetzungsprozesses, u.a. nach Scrum für unsere POS Software
 * Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung und dem Product Manager
 * Priorisierung des Produktbacklogs in geeigneten Schritten und Entwicklungsstufen im Rahmen der Unternehmensziele
 * Erstellung von Epics und User Stories auf Basis fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Planung und Begleitung der Einführung von neuen Features und Services sowie Moderation von Workshops mit Entscheidungsträgern
 * Definition und Tracking von aussagekräftigen KPIs
 * Einholung von kontinuierlichem Feedback, um das Produkt stetig weiterzuentwickeln
