## Description

* Konzeption, Aufbau, Betrieb und Überwachung von komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Second- & Third-Level-Support im Server- und Netzwerkbereich
 * Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden in technischen Fragen
 * Betrieb und Support von Telekommunikationsanlagen (VoIP)
 * Anpassung und Optimierung der Netzwerke und deren Sicherheit (Firewall etc.)
 * Problemanalyse und -behebung
 * Ansprechpartner für komplexe Supportfälle
 * Support der Kunden per Fernwartung
 * Design, Erhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationsstandards
