## About the Role

Für diese Position gilt auf Vollzeitbasis (14 Monatsgehälter) ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 50.000 € für Consultants und mindestens 62.000 € für Senior Consultants.
Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung gegeben.Was du mitbringst

 * Abgeschlossenes Studium (technisch oder wirtschaftlich) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
 * Erfahrung im SAP-Consulting mit Fokus auf Projektlösungen wie SAP PS, EPPM oder Professional Services
 * Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, idealerweise auch in SAP Activate und Cloud ALM
 * Verständnis für Projektmanagementprozesse und deren Umsetzung in SAP
 * Je nach Level:
 + Professional: erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in Implementierungsprojekten
 + Senior: fundierte Projekt- und ggf. (Teil-)Projektleitungserfahrung
 * Freude an Teamarbeit in internationalen Projekten
 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Interesse an modernen SAP Cloud- und SaaS-Lösungen

 * Du analysierst, konzipierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse im Projektumfeld
 * Du begleitest Implementierungsprojekte end-to-end - von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live und darüber hinaus
 * Als Trusted Advisor bist du zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT (Konzeption, Implementierung, Migration, Testing, Schulung, Betreuung)
 * Du planst und moderierst Workshops mit Kunden
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Projekten - von Teilprojektleitung bis hin zur Steuerung internationaler Teams (je nach Erfahrung)
