* 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect, Data Modeler, or similar senior data-focused role

 * Fluent English and German (minimum B2 German)

 * Deep practical expertise in data modeling, including designing complex relational data structures

 * Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data flows, and system integrations

 * Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or comparable technologies; experience with Databricks is a big plus

 * Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in complex environments

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
