## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungs- und Teamfähigkeit

## Description

* Zentrale Ansprechperson sowie Schnittstelle für interne und externe Kunden der IT
 * Annahme und Bearbeitung von Service-Anfragen
 * Prüfung der eingestellten Anfragen auf relevante Informationen sowie deren Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Stellen
 * Beratung sowie Unterstützung der Kunden bei IT-Themen

 * Betreuung der Windows 10 und Windows 11 Clients (Notebooks, Drucker, Office Anwendungen etc.)
 * Unterstützung im Mobile Device Management
 * Koordination sowie Betreuung von Dienstleistern
 * Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen
