* Gemeinsam im Team konzeptualisierst, entwickelst und pflegst Du neue Funktionen des Core-Frameworks unserer neuen Arztinformationssystemgeneration in einem agilen Entwicklungsumfeld.
 * Du konntest bereits tiefgehende praktische Erfahrung im Backend (Java, Spring Framework) und idealerweise grundlegende Erfahrungen im Frontend (React, Redux) sammeln und bringst Interesse an Gesamtzusammenhängen mit.
 * Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Architektur- und Designentwicklung und bringst kreative Lösungsansätze ein, um unsere Software zukunftssicher und skalierbar zu gestalten.
 * Du hast den Anspruch, nicht nur Software zu entwickeln, sondern auch aktiv an der Gestaltung von technischen Standards und der Weiterentwicklung der Architektur mitzuwirken.
 * Als Teil eines dynamischen Teams mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist spornst du durch Wissenstransfer dich und deine KollegInnen immer wieder zu Höchstleistungen an und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse bei.
