## Description

* Unterstützung und Koordination von IT Projekten der Niederlassung
 * Durchführung des 1st Level Support für alle IT-Themengebiete in allen Standorten der Niederlassung Südwest
 * Erstellen und überwachen des Bearbeitungsstatus der 2nd Level Support-Tickets an den IT-Dienstleister
 * Sicherstellen der kontinuierlichen Verfügbarkeit der IT Infrastruktur in der Niederlassung
 * Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Bundeswehr und BWI (IT-Dienstleister der Bundeswehr) zu allen Belangen der IT
 * Installation von Clients, Peripheriegeräten, Netzwerkkomponenten und Applikationen
 * Mitarbeit am Berichtswesen der IT Abteilung
