## About the Role

* verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Informationssicherheit und im Betrieb bzw. in der Weiterentwicklung eines ISMS - idealerweise auf Basis eines abgeschlossenen technischen Hochschulstudiums oder gleichwertiger Berufserfahrung.
 * bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Funktionen mit, etwa im Infomation Security Management, in der IT-Security, im IT-Betrieb oder im Audit-Umfeld.
 * kennst relevante Normen und Standards (insbesondere ISO/IEC 27001/27002, IEC 62443, BSI IT-Grundschutz, DSGVO, NIS2/NISG).
 * verfügst idealerweise über Zertifizierungen wie CISA, CISM oder CISSP.
 * besitzt als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit die Fähigkeit, Lösungen zu finden und umzusetzen.
 * bist durchsetzungsfähig, arbeitest genau und strukturiert und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen.

## Description

Als Information Security Officer (m/w/x) erwartet dich eine spannende, abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im Bereich der IT & Digitalisierung.

Der ISO fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen strategischer Sicherheitssteuerung (CISO) und operativer Umsetzung in Projekten, Services und Fachbereichen.

Dein Job, du..

 * bist verantwortlich für Steuerung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheit im Verantwortungsbereich (inkl. ISMS-Betrieb).
 * bewertest Projekte, Services und Prozessen hinsichtlich Risiken und Security-Anforderungen und beratest die Fachbereiche (Security-by-Design/Default).
 * stellst die Einhaltung von Governance-, Compliance- und regulatorischen Vorgaben (z.B. ISO 27001, DSGVO, NIS2) sicher.
 * verantwortest die Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Informationssicherheitsrisiken inkl. Maßnahmen-Tracking und Reporting.
 * planst und begleitest Audits, Assessments und Tests sowie Nachverfolgung von Findings.
 * bist die zentrale Schnittstelle und Ansprechperson für Informationssicherheit inkl. Kommunikation mit CISO, IT/OT, Fachbereichen und externen Partner:innen.
