 * Be an early applicant, * Betreuung, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Anwendungslandschaft (u.a. ERP, DMS und Spezialanwendungen)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Second-Level-Support für unsere Fachbereiche
 * Unterstützung bei Software-Updates, Rollouts und Systemoptimierungen
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareherstellern
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
 * Mitwirkung in IT Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
