 * Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (On-Premise & Cloud-Server- und Client-Umgebung)
 * Administration und Wartung von Netzwerken: Switches, WLAN-Access Points, Firewalls sowie Sicherstellung von Performance, Stabilität und IT-Sicherheit
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hardware (Clients, Server, Peripherie) und Softwarelösungen
 * User- und Rechteverwaltung: Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO), Zugriffsmanagement in lokalen und cloudbasierten Systemen (z. B. Microsoft 365/Azure)
 * IT-Support & Ticketmanagement: Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests inkl. Priorisierung und nachhaltiger Problemlösungen
 * Mitarbeit und Leitung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Digitalisierung, Cloud-Migration, Infrastruktur-Optimierung)
 * First- und Second-Level-Support: zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Teams und externe Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen
