 * Betreuung von Clients, sowie Benutzerverwaltung (Active Directory, M365, Berechtigungen)
 * Überwachung der System- und Netzwerksicherheit inkl. Firewall-, und Backupmanagement
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation der IT-Systemlandschaft und Prozesse
