 * You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
 * As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
 * Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
 * In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.
 * Through continuous exchange, you will be familiar with customer needs and proactively address development potential.
