## Description

* Design, Abbildung und Betreuung von IT-Applikationen zur Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Human Ressources
 * IT-Ansprechpartner für den Fachbereich Human Ressources mit Schwerpunkt SAP Time (HCM PT) und SAP Payroll (HCM PA/PY)
 * Unterstützung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Bereich HR Management, Schwerpunkt SAP Time, perspektivisch auch mit SuccessFactors Time Management
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Fachbereichsanforderungen
 * Implementierung und Betreuung von HR-Applikationen und Interfaces zu internen und externen Systemen, sowie Testing und Dokumentation
 * Optimierung der digitalen Prozesse und Unterstützung der Transformation unserer HR-Systemlandschaft von SAP HCM zu Success Factors
 * Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
